Who is Who?
The Developer is in charge and responsible for Puerto Aventuras as the only legal representative before authorities. Due to our agreement signed for autonomy from Municipality, it established an Association responsibility for the administration of our Resort. The Developer creates and builds while being responsible for relations with government authorities in all three levels (Federal, State and Municipality).
The Association attends to Community needs, collects fees from Owners and maintains infrastructure, is responsible for our administration and informs our Community through annual assemblies. The Association administrates the Resort following pre- established principles.
