A HANDSHAKE IS WORTH MORE THAN A THOUSAND SIGNATURES
Saturday July 16th will be remembered as a celebration of Unity, a confirmation of our common principles and certainty on our ¨protected bubble.¨ Life in Puerto will continue, and projects held back temporarily will take place to be ready for next December.
MAIN GATE: Construction of new gate has begun to provide additional lanes and automatic access to owners and residents. The building will include new security control center and facilities for our employees.
GOLF PAR 3 is in full operation including a driving range. The facility includes LED lighting to extend hours beyond sunset.
CENTRAL PARK: The 3 km long golf cart path, bicycle and jogging trail as the backbone to our Central Park will be operating before the end of the year for our family outdoor activities.
AVENUES, STREETS AND PARKING: Major repairs on concrete tops have begun within a program to replace main damaged areas within the year. Additional parking areas have been established to prevent vehicles from parking on avenues and streets.
BATTLE AGAINST SARGASSUM: Measures taken this year were very successful considering our surroundings. Puerto Aventuras is leading plans for next year to prevent deposits on our beaches.
