I have been asked if resigning from Colonos and joining Covenant would imply a problem to transfer or deed their properties. The Developer as legal representative of Puerto Aventuras assigned Colonos to administrate our Resort 30 years ago and due to differences in our goals decided to assign Covenant. The letter included signed by Puerto Aventuras Public Notary clearly states that instructions from Covenant carry the fundamental representation for any legal proceedings.
