P.A. PASSPORT

 

THIS PERSONALIZED DOCUMENT WILL BE THE PERFECT TOOL TO FACILITATE A BETTER LIFE FOR OWNERS AND VISITORS TO PUERTO AVENTURAS WITHIN THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF AUTONOMY, INTEGRITY, SECURITY, PRIVACY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

The concept of our P.A. Passport could not happen before modern technology and fiber optics arrived. The systems available today will allow your Passport to serve as identification at main access and other areas within the Resort;   it will establish your status in the community including rights and obligations; will allow you VIP treatment and discounts in any operating service or attraction

ASSOCIATE / OWNER

Owner will visit Covenant Public Relations Office providing copy of official identification, personal information sheet, copy of property title, and proof of no debt of fees to the association that represents you .  Photograph will be taken in place and personal card will be issued with ¨chip¨ including all information provided and status within the community.

Card with chip may be shown at main gate, placed in car but should be available with owner at all times to establish accessibility and benefits within the Resort.   We include a list of services and attractions were discounts will be automatically applied according to status.

Two cards will be available per property and in special cases additional cards will be provided for younger family members.  Cards will have a cost of $250 pesos for first card as well as for replacement.   Personal cards may not be lent to or used by employees or other person, in which case they will be automatically cancelled.

LONG TIME RESIDENT

Resident will visit Covenant Public Relations office providing copy of official identification, personal information sheet, copy of rental contract signed by owner and stating time frame for agreement, proof of no debt of fees to the association that represents you.   Photograph will be taken in place and personal card ( different color ) will be issued with ¨chip¨ including all information provided and status within the community.

Card with chip will be issued for the time period according to rental contract and will be shown at main gate, placed in car but should be available with resident at all times to establish accessibility and benefits within the Resort.     We include a list of services and attractions were discounts will be automatically applied according to status.

Card with chip will be issued for the time period according to rental contract and will be shown at main gate, and should be available with renter at all times to establish accessibility to specific areas.

Two cards will be available per property and in special cases additional cards will be provided for younger family members.  Cards will have a cost of $250 pesos for first card as well as for replacement.  Personal cards may not be lent to or used by employees or other person, in which case they will be automatically cancelled.

SHORT TERM VISITORS

Visitor will stop at Security Office in Main Gate to provide copy of personal identification, state purpose of visit and obtain personal bracelet to be worn at all times inside Resort.   Bracelet will express in color the areas, dates and time frame allowed to visit within the Resort.

VISITOR´S VEHICLE

 Visitor will provide personal ID at Main gate and a plastic cone with magnet attachment will be provided for vehicle.    Color of cone will determine allowed areas, days and hours to visit and should be kept at sight at all times within the Resort.   On leaving the Resort cone will be exchanged for personal ID supplied when entering.

FULL TIME EMPLOYEE

Long term employees will visit Security Office at Main Gate providing copy of official identification, copy of working contract signed by employer stating activity and time term of agreement, responsibility letter by employer regarding use of personal card,  and copy of no debt of fees to the association that represents employer.   Photograph will be taken in place and personal card ( different color ) will be issued with ¨chip¨ including all information provided and status within community.   Cost of first and replacement cards will be $120 pesos.

Card with chip will be issued for the time period according to working contract, restricted to working days and hours as well as for specific areas within the Resort.   A card used on non-authorized date or time will be automatically cancelled to prevent re- entry next day.   Cards will be shown at main gate, must be kept available at all times to.  Cards are for strict personal use ( single person ) not to include or be used by others, in which case they will be automatically cancelled.

Public Relations Office of Covenant for providing P.A. Passport as well as any other matter between Resort and Associate will be attended at the ¨Kiosko¨ located in front of Omni Hotel.   Computers, cameras and equipment will be available to file personal and community information and allow automatic issue of personal Passports.

 COVENANT SECURITY AND CONTROL OFFICE

 Security and Control Offices of Covenant for providing employee and visitor cards or bracelets, as well as any matter regarding security and control of our Resort will be located at Main Entrance Gate.   Computers, cameras and equipment will be available to file personal and community information and allow automatic issue of personal cards or bracelets.
